SynoPosture is designed as a posture awareness utility for compatible AirPods motion data. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Overview

SynoPosture uses Apple's CoreMotion headphone motion APIs to read supported headphone orientation data and show posture state on iPhone, Lock Screen Live Activities, Dynamic Island, and Apple Watch.

Data Collection

Device Permissions & Local Storage

SynoPosture may store app preferences locally on your device, including selected language, posture sensitivity, alert delay, timer state, and Watch sync state.

This local storage is used to keep the app working consistently across app launches, background sessions, and Apple Watch communication.

Apple Watch And Live Activities

SynoPosture can share posture status, timer state, and freshness timestamps between the iPhone app, Apple Watch app, and Live Activity extension so the posture timer and status stay consistent.
